The unusual trajectory of his personal and professional career development has led Dr. Pablo Jeczmien to address mental and physical problems from a more multidimensional, and even spiritual point of view. He prefers to take a holistic approach to mental health and psychological disorders these days. That has led him to combine both his psychiatric knowledge and his experience with psychotherapy to fix mental health problems, thus reserving medication use to only situations where they are absolutely necessary, as agreed to by him and the patient.
In all, Dr. Pablo Jeczmien has over 30 years' experience as a psychiatrist. He is currently with the NHS (National Health Service in the UK), practicing as a General Adult Consultant Psychiatrist and as a psychotherapist who meets with patients individually or in groups. Dr. Pablo Jeczmien also sees patients as part of The Riverside Practice, a private practice centre for health and well-being in East Sussex.
A few years ago, he relieved himself of responsibilities in management and university teaching, so that he could study Anthroposophical Medicine and Anthroposophical Psychotherapy. The purpose now takes up all of his time outside of clinical practice. His constant investigation into the ways in which people may be able to mend the bridge between the body and the mind have paid off, both for him and his patients. He is A member of the British Medical Association and the Royal College of Psychiatrists, but Dr. Pablo Jeczmien is also registered with the General Medical Council. In addition to his expertise in psychosis and personality disorders, he is also considered an expert with regard to depression, anxiety disorders and post-traumatic stress disorders.
